The I AM Project provides coaching, personal development, leadership development, educational programs, assessments, workshops, courses, digital resources, and related products and services.

• Leadership and executive coaching
• Personal development programs
• Educational courses and workshops
• Wellness and lifestyle education
• Neuroscience-related educational material
• Identity, behavioural, and personal-development exercises
• Books, written materials, videos, audio recordings, worksheets, questionnaires, and assessments
• Physical products associated with The I AM Project

Specific programs or services may also be governed by additional agreements, enrollment terms, payment terms, informed consent documents, or other conditions presented at the time of registration or purchase.

Where additional written terms apply to a particular service, those terms will apply together with these Terms of Use.

2. Educational and Coaching Purpose

The information, programs, assessments, coaching, and materials provided by The I AM Project are intended for educational, personal-development, and coaching purposes.

The I AM Project does not provide medical diagnosis, psychological diagnosis, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, legal advice, accounting advice, financial advice, or other regulated professional services unless expressly stated otherwise and provided by an appropriately licensed professional.

References to neuroscience, health, wellness, nutrition, exercise, behaviour, psychology, spirituality, relationships, leadership, or personal development are provided for educational and coaching purposes.

Nothing on this website or within our programs should be interpreted as a substitute for individualized medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial, legal, or other professional advice.

You are responsible for determining whether information or practices are appropriate for your circumstances and for consulting qualified professionals where appropriate.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Personal development, coaching, leadership development, behavioural change, wellness improvement, career development, financial improvement, relationship improvement, and other outcomes depend upon many factors unique to each individual.

Praia Enterprises does not guarantee any specific result from participation in The I AM Project, CNAP assessments, coaching, courses, workshops, or other programs.

Testimonials, client experiences, case examples, or descriptions of outcomes represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as promises that you will achieve the same or similar results.

Your results depend upon factors including your circumstances, decisions, participation, effort, consistency, resources, environment, and implementation of what you learn.

You remain responsible for your own choices, actions, decisions, and outcomes.

4. CNAP Assessments and Related Tools

The Cultural Neurological Alignment Profile (“CNAP”) and other questionnaires, assessments, exercises, frameworks, or interpretive tools provided by The I AM Project are designed for coaching, education, reflection, leadership development, and personal development.

They are not intended to diagnose a medical, neurological, psychiatric, psychological, or mental-health condition.

CNAP results and interpretations should be understood as coaching and developmental information rather than clinical findings.

No assessment provided through The I AM Project should be used as a substitute for evaluation by a qualified healthcare or mental-health professional where such evaluation is appropriate.

5. Wellness and Health Information

The I AM Project may discuss topics relating to wellness, exercise, nutrition, stress, sleep, nervous-system regulation, behaviour, neuroscience, lifestyle, supplementation, or other health-related subjects.

This information is educational in nature.

Individual health needs vary considerably. You should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to exercise, diet, supplementation, medication, medical treatment, or other aspects of your health where appropriate.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking medical care because of information obtained through this website, a course, a coaching session, or other material provided by The I AM Project.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services or healthcare provider.

6. Intellectual Property

Subject to compliance with these Terms, Praia Enterprises grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use purchased or provided materials for your own personal or internal business-development purposes.

Purchasing a program or service does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

7. Restrictions on Use

Unless you have received prior written authorization from Praia Enterprises, you may not:

• Upload paid materials to another website, learning platform, social-media platform, file-sharing service, or artificial-intelligence training system

• Teach, certify, or train others using proprietary I AM Project or CNAP materials as though they were your own methodology
• Modify our materials and represent the modified version as an official I AM Project product
• Share login credentials or provide unauthorized access to paid programs
• Remove copyright, trademark, branding, or proprietary notices
• Use our name, logo, trademarks, program names, assessment tools, or proprietary methodologies for commercial purposes without permission

Limited quotations or references may be permitted where allowed by law, provided appropriate attribution is given.

8. Personal Use of Program Materials

Unless otherwise stated in writing, access to courses, assessments, coaching materials, or other purchased content is provided to the individual purchaser.

Program materials may not be shared among multiple individuals, organizations, employees, clients, or teams unless the applicable purchase or agreement specifically permits such use.

Corporate or organizational use may require a separate license or agreement.

9. User Accounts

Certain areas of the website may require you to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and other account credentials.

You agree to provide accurate information when establishing an account and to promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

11. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation conditions may vary depending upon the program, product, assessment, event, coaching engagement, or service purchased.

Unless otherwise required by law, purchases are subject to the refund and cancellation terms presented for the specific product or service.

We do not rely on a universal 30-day refund policy unless such a policy is expressly stated for the particular purchase.

12. Appointment Cancellations and Missed Sessions

Coaching or consulting engagements may include specific policies regarding appointment changes, cancellations, missed sessions, or rescheduling.

Those policies may be established in the applicable client agreement or communicated when services are booked.

Where no separate written policy has been provided, Praia Enterprises will make reasonable efforts to accommodate schedule changes but does not guarantee that missed appointments can be replaced or rescheduled.

Testimonials and client stories appearing on this website or in our marketing represent the experiences and opinions of individual participants.

Individual experiences vary.

Testimonials do not constitute guarantees, promises, or representations that another participant will achieve the same result.

Testimonials may be edited for clarity or length where doing so does not materially alter the person's meaning.

Identifiable testimonials, photographs, videos, or personal stories will only be intentionally published with appropriate permission.

When you register for a program, make a purchase, submit a form, or otherwise interact with Praia Enterprises, you consent to receive communications reasonably necessary to provide the requested service.

22. Personal Responsibility

Participation in coaching, assessments, workshops, or personal-development programs may involve consideration of personal beliefs, behaviours, relationships, experiences, decisions, goals, values, or life circumstances.

You decide what information you wish to disclose and what actions you choose to take.

You remain responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for you and for obtaining outside professional support where needed.

Nothing in The I AM Project removes or replaces your responsibility for your own decisions.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Praia Enterprises will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of this website, program materials, digital products, assessments, or services.

Praia Enterprises does not accept liability for decisions or actions taken solely on the basis of educational or coaching information provided through The I AM Project.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where liability cannot be excluded but may lawfully be limited, Praia Enterprises' liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

24. Assumption of Responsibility

You understand that participation in personal-development, coaching, wellness education, leadership development, or behavioural-change programs may involve decisions affecting your personal or professional life.

You voluntarily assume responsibility for evaluating and implementing any information, strategies, exercises, recommendations, or ideas provided through The I AM Project.

You are encouraged to exercise independent judgment and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.

25. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Praia Enterprises harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or reasonable legal expenses arising directly from:

• Your material breach of these Terms
• Your unlawful use of the website or services
• Your infringement of another person's intellectual-property or legal rights

This provision does not require you to indemnify Praia Enterprises for liability caused by Praia Enterprises where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
