I AM Project Retreat Policy

In the event beyond our control that travel is halted for whatever reason the training will be done via Zoom communication over a series of twelve 90-minute sessions. Access to the online video library will be granted and the I AM Project Intuition Board will be mailed out prior to the beginning of the program. Refunds will not be issued but credits will be granted to do the program virtually. Upgrades to the program will be offered if participants wish to do one-on-one coaching instead of working with a group. 

Sundance Ranch Policies

Refunds are not offered on unused portions of the package once booked. All deposits and final payments are non-refundable, but in the event of cancellation of part or all of the booking, we will issue a transferable Letter of Credit for the value of the canceled portion, good for 14 months from the date of the original booking. Extensions may be granted at management’s discretion. Letters of Credit may not be applied to pre-existing bookings at any time.

Letters of Credit must be mentioned or presented for redemption at the time of booking. Regular Letters of Credit (i.e., credits issued for reasons other than those described above) are valid at any time, but during peak periods (weekends and high season) can be used on 48 hours' notice only. If we are able to sell the canceled space, we will issue a Letter of Credit that can be used without restrictions. (meaning it may be applied to any new booking)

Sundance Guest Ranch will not be held responsible for cancellations of or failure to provide all or part of the purchased vacation package for reasons including but not limited to fire, flood, wind, rain, smoke, road closures, state of emergency shutdowns, or other “force majeure” events beyond its control, and refunds will not be issued.

In the event of any of the aforementioned, a transferable, unrestricted, and non-expiring Letter of Credit will be issued for the value paid.

If riding is canceled due to such events during your stay, we will issue a Special Letter of Credit for future use for each day or half-day that we are unable to ride due to conditions.

RIDING

The Ranch requires height, weight, and riding experience upon booking for everyone intending to go horseback riding. They will use this information to select the best horse for you, and if it’s a “match” (that is if both you and the horse are happy!), that is generally your horse for the duration of your stay! After payment is secured, you will be sent a form to complete for the Ranch so they can determine the best horse selection for you.

Sundance Guest Ranch reserves the right to limit the availability of horseback riding due to anything which may in our judgment pose a threat to the health and safety of either horse or rider.

For the health and well-being of our horses, weight limitations are in effect. Accurate height, weight, and riding experience (based on a novice, intermediate or advanced) are required upon booking for each rider in the group.   

 Please be honest and accurate when providing your information, as Sundance Guest Ranch will not take responsibility for failure to provide horseback riding due to incorrect information being given.  We respectfully request no riders over 230 lbs (104 kg.)

Note: All persons who intend to participate in horseback riding will be required to sign a waiver of liability. Cowboy boots or other footwear with a smooth sole and a good heel are required for all rides. Helmets are strongly recommended for all ages. The ranch has boots available for a rental fee of $2.50 per day and helmet rentals are free of charge.
