I do remember the lesson of Love...Perfect Love and Divine Love. The Love that is a thankfulness and a joy each moment. The Love that is the surrounding field of atmosphere all around you and no matter what direction you move, you feel a continuous special warmth. The Love that when you look in the mirror, the person looking back at you has a glow and a smile. The Love that your eyes see gazing at the playfulness of the aura of an elm tree. The Love that looks upon another and your every thought is the sight of their deepest beauty. The Love that trades pain and sorrow for the knowing of compassion without discomfort. The Love that knows and recognizes the God in each and everything seen and unseen. The Love that directs the path to center of the heart of God.

A good but still less than explanation of something that can only be felt but no words really seem to exist to explain. To experience is to know...but not be explained. Only shown through actions to those that do not understand...but desire. However, I can share what transpired in my life that lead me to know and understand.

Everyone says that one must learn to Love themselves first before being able to Love another. Sometimes a very difficult task depending on how much you have belittled and mistreated yourself. And, in general, most of us have done quite a full job of beating ourselves up through the years. So, how do we find a way to Love ourselves when we have so much to reverse? Find a partner! WOW...the voices in your heads were sure loud.

Yes, a partner! This is the greatest challenge you will overcome. To trust in the God/dess, Mother-Father Spirit, the Spiritual Parents enough to bring you a Best Friend when you speak your word for it. Take the risk with this challenge, and all the rest of the challenges will be easy to overcome. Daily speaking with authority that may appear weak at first, but will grow, is the avenue to receiving your first gift from the Parents and discovering the Truth in Love. Be diligent and firm in your discipline to continually voice your desire for your Best Friend. A best friend will see what you forgot in yourself. They will share a special non-threatening Love with you that will help recognize Love. Also, you will start to feel the warmth within you as you begin to warm your feelings of caring for someone else. So, when she or he appears, then make up your mind and speak your word for the continued strength to only communicate with this Friend with total 100% non-guarded honesty. Think dropping all defenses with pure honesty is difficult? Not as difficult as trusting the Parents to bring you the Best Friend. Remember the Best Friend is also the best potential for your perfect mate. And, I suggest that you be honest with yourself and your friend that your desire here is to develop into perfect mates.

Every one seems to want to discredit the acts of physical love as part of the Perfect or Divine Love. My experience is that that is one of our greatest lies we have allowed. I once heard someone say they did not sleep with their best friend. My question is: "Then who do you sleep with, your enemy?" And, most the time we probably do. But, add physical intimacy to a relationship that is already verbally...even feeling of intimacy...through the closeness of your bodies and two become One...almost.

Did you invite the God/dess into your bedroom? Probably not. Well, where do you think you got the ability to feel the way you do in bed...mentally or physically?! Major key here people.

Okay, now you have someone in your life that is telling you that you are wonderful enough to Love. And, you also have someone that you find wonderful enough to Love. So, Love is now becoming somewhat understandable through the feelings of experiencing Love that is coming to you and love that you are sharing in a direction away from you. Both of these will begin to allow you to again Love yourself. By now you also have a little more faith that the God/dess also Loves you enough to assist you with fulfilling your desires. And, certainly you should. And, your mate is also growing in all the same ways.

But, do you understand Love yet? The following question will provide that answer. Do you have any negative thoughts in any direction left? So, what is missing? How about a complete awareness of what you and your mate truly are. That takes a closer relationship with the God/dess. Well, you spoke your word and invited them into what you may consider a very sacred area...your bedroom.

But, did you really understand what or who you really were inviting into your bedroom...or to whom you first initiated this scenario with at your first request for a Best Friend?

What one has at this point without the understanding of the Spirit which is inside each of you, which is also the God/dess that you have been speaking your word into, is something short of Perfect Love. Perfect Love being the best of human Love. So..., what about Divine Love?

You see, my experience of LOVE, the kind we all seem to yearn for, came when I and another had achieved a balance in all areas of the way we could Love. That means in our relationship and the way we treated each other mentally and physically. It also means how we treat each other mentally and physically through the relationship of our Spirits. Spirits being the God/dess.

That was achieved by daily studying spirituality. Now in the experience I am sharing here, we chose to study Ernest Holmes philosophy: The Science of Mind. The Science of Mind Textbook and the 48 Week Study Course provided the knowledge better than other direction I had used to discover what the God/dess, the Spiritual Parents, the Mother-Father Spirit, the Universe, the Force...whatever words you use...truly is and what it is as us. The more we studied...the more Love seemed to be released in us...out of us...to each other...and to those that came near us. This was the education towards the Divine Love. Divine Love being what we want to believe the God/dess has for us. But, also the deeper Love that comes through our spirits.

Over a three year period, my mate and I reached that point of Love, the balance of Perfect Love and Divine Love, to actually merge our Spirits together as One. Yes, merge together in One spirit form. And, what we saw of the Universe in the form together...is not explainable. What our experience of earth was after that had no negatives...no pain...no sorrow. However, we did discover that Love was the unity of kindred things. And, what we learned allows me to say to you today that I LOVE YOU and mean it unconditionally.

So, you want to know what LOVE really is... trust in the Universe enough to know that speaking your word will provide the gift of a Best Friend...a Perfect Mate. Next, trust enough to drop all your guards with this one person. Invite the God/dess into your lives...including your bedroom. Find a way to understand the God/dess and practice what you learn daily together.
