We are
constantly dealing with choices. Some are important... some we
consider not important. Sometimes we are blinded by our emotions in
various choices. We don't like this or that so we make a choice by our
emotional commitment without looking at all the aspects.
For instance... we will take a pill when we have a headache instead of
stopping and relaxing cause we do not feel we can take the time. A
headache is usually stress or confusion. We will take a pill to stay
awake when what we need to do is sleep and relax our minds and bodies....
again, because we do not feel we can afford the time. We buy soaps and
shampoos without giving thought to what the chemicals in them are doing to
our ecological system. God designed our rivers to purify themselves
every 75 feet; but, it can not do that when we keep pouring chemicals in our
water systems.
Those in power depend on the prejudices and weaknesses of our choices.
For instance, the hospitals... our medical industry... have funded
Proposition 86, a tax on the 14% of smokers of that are left in California.
85% of the revenues from this tax goes to programs which have nothing to do
with smokers. In fact, 40% goes straight to large hospital
corporations. Plus, this Proposition exempts hospitals to answering to
anti-trust laws which protect us from price fixing and destroying
competition. If this Proposition is so important to all people, then
why not be taxing a majority of the population? And, we are already
screaming about the high prices of medical care.
But, my real concern is where it is all aimed. The hospitals are
hoping that you the people are blinded by your prejudices towards smokers.
Again, those in power are misdirecting you. The real culprit is not
the tobacco. It is the chemicals put into the tobacco. The same
chemicals that are being processed as your medicine. Yes... your
medicine that the hospitals prescribe for you.
Please hear me now...
A few years back, I was reading a National Geographic. It told of a
small providence in Bulgaria where the people start smoking tobacco at the
age of seven and eight. Surprising enough, there average life span is
115 to 117 years old. No cancer or sickness is found here. The
reason is they grow there own food, herbs and tobacco. If tobacco
causes cancer, why does this community of 100% smokers have no cancer?...
Another case that I am familiar. There is an American licensed
Physician in Tiajuana, Mexico that cures cancer, aids, lupus... all the
diseases that those Physicians practicing in America cannot seem to cure.
What is his secret?... He does not use any pharmaceutical chemicals to treat
his patients. Why does he not practice in the U.S. Because the
AMA and the FDA do not approve of his techniques.
So, who is the culprit... or should I say culprits... in this situation?
The tobacco companies... Certainly, they are adding chemicals which
cause greater addictions to the tobaccos. The chemical companies...
Certainly, they produce the chemicals that are killing us slowly and telling
us that they will heal us. Those that have become addicted to tobacco
that was once accepted by a majority of the population... Yes... it is
now their problem and they have to deal with it. But how about the
voters that are prejudiced towards smokers and want to punish them.
Yes... they are at fault too because they are not paying attention to what
is really killing them. Is it second hand smoke?... I doubt it very
highly.
I found it very interesting to find out that it takes the smoke of 16,000
cigarettes to do to the air what one minute of your car exhaust produces.
A fact that those that want to influence us through intimidation and
manipulation do not want us to know.
Think about it. Please... think about all this.
Some might ask what this has to do with Spirit. Why is Rev Deacon
becoming involved with politics? He does not watch TV. He does
not read the newspaper. He does not get involved in political
discussions. So why?
Well, it has everything to do with Spirit. We are Spirit.
We are also the body and the mind. Unfortunately, we do not consult
Spirit and many times we use the ego part of our minds to make our decisions
about our bodies. We cannot destroy Spirit. However, we can
destroy what It has created. We can destroy our bodies and we can
destroy our thinking processes. Since our minds are also the Mind of
God, I am not sure we can destroy our mind... maybe our brain.
People we have choices to make. The choice of punishing a few who are
not really totally responsible for the problem or we can go to the root.
We can stop making the chemical companies rich by stop filling our medicine
cabinets with their chemicals. Oh No!... I hear the screams now.
But, the screams do not affect me. I woke up in 1989 and stopped doing
chemical medicines. No pill has passed my lips since then. And,
I am probable healthier than most reading this raving at my healthy age of
58 years old. In fact, I know I am. As long as we make the
choice to buy pills for our headaches, stomach aches, to sleep, to stay
awake, to just about anything where we do not want to slow down, we are
constantly headed for more future problems and the destruction of our
bodies, our water ways, and most sadly our children who learn from us.
How many prescription or over the counter drugs are our children taking
because we authorize it. Forget the tobacco and cigarettes... we have
a much bigger problems to deal with.
We can make the choice to vote no on Proposition 86 and wait to see which
group of people those in power go after next... the hospitals tried to
benefit themselves in 2005 with Proposition 67 which failed.
Are we waking up... can we wake up... will we make choices that benefit us
or continue to make choices that pad the pockets of greed. And, if you
think Spirit is not involved, then use the yes/no technique and ask if you
should take that pill next time... ask if you should buy this or that
product next time... if you are not afraid to know the answer.
Okay... this may truly be a raving... it is a little scattered as I reread
what I wrote. I have reached a point where avoidance of political
policies will not work for me anymore. If I am truly spiritual; then,
how can I not be concerned. Thousands of people... my brother and
sisters... and Spirit forgive what we are doing to our little ones... are
growing less healthy each day... and some are dying. I wish I could
find the website that told me how many people die each year from mis-prescribed
drugs... chemicals. It astonished me. And, most of
responsibility of it referred to the same people that are trying to benefit
from Proposition 86... hospitals.
Okay, this is not done... I just plugged into my search engine "death by
medicine" and found this... "Over
700,000 Americans die each year at the hands of government-sanctioned
medicine, while the FDA and other government agencies pretend to protect the
public by harassing those who offer safe alternatives."
In reading further, I
found that this figure is what is reported... that the amount is really much
higher. Please take the time to do this for yourselves. It will
scare you. It will cause you to think before you put that next pill in
your mouth. You may just want to discover alternative natural
medicines like I have.
