A PERFECT NOW... MY DEAR FRIENDS Season's Greetings from Rev DEACON!... I accept and know that you will enJOY this Season. You will take the time daily to set in motion the most marvelous of times. Christmas represents so many things. Peace and Harmony come to mind... Friendship comes to mind... more thoughts about others comes to mind... more thoughts about Spirit and what we really believe comes to mind. If we do not let the hustle and bustle of shopping and the mass traffic get to us, we are probably kinder to life, all of life, we buy gifts for our animals and we buy poinsettias for all to appreciate their beauty. It is a gathering time of family and friends... it is a time for Celebration. And, when we celebrate we honor Spirit. It is the time for spending money, and an opportunity to bless the exchange of it... therefore increasing our abundance. It is not just a time to experience giving... It is also a time to practice receiving. It is a time for Gratitude... seeing the looks on others faces as they open their gifts and the thankfulness we experience in opening our gifts. It is a time for Inspiration as we remember the story of Jesus and what he accomplished in his life. It is a time for humming and Joyous singing the songs that have been in memory since our birth. But, most of all it is a time of expressing Love. Jesus represented that. Within Love is Forgiveness and that is what I would like to share with you. This Christmas I decided to do something different. Actually, I have been working on this in my head since before Thanksgiving. Is it a Christmas gift?... I believe so. I am not being selective in the sending. It is intended for everyone I have associated with in my past... in one way or another. To those closest to me, it has an extra warmth in its delivery. To others, it says that you matter in my life. To all, it is a gift of my Love. It is also a gift to me. And why not?... We think of everyone else at Christmas; but, do we buy or give ourself a Christmas gift? After all, you are the most important person in your life. So, we should think of ourself along with everyone else. I bought myself something I have wanted for a long time. My gift is that I forgive you! I forgive you for anything that you may have done that was in a negative way to me. I also give you permission to forgive yourself. For, as of right now, if not before, I have. And, I release you from any bad karma from your actions. I also ask you for your forgiveness... forgiveness for anything that I may have done to offend you in a negative way. I realize that sometimes I may say or do things that are not in supportiveness of you. For that, I am deeply regretful and remorseful. I really try not to offend anyone. Being single for a lot of years now, I have told many women that if they think I said something to offend them, ask me. Chances are it was misinterpreted. Most the time when I want to offend someone, they do not have to think about it. I am usually very direct with it. However, as I look back, I can only think of a few instances in the past 20 years where I really wanted to offend someone. But, as I mentioned, I realize that there may be many instances where I said or did something inappropriate without thinking. And, I realize that sometimes others may misinterpret what I have said or done. So, I am also asking for your forgiveness for anything I have done or you thought I have done that made you feel uncomfortable. And, in so doing, I share my Love with you. And, I do love you. I love and am grateful for everyone of you that has been in my life. You shared time with me... gave me a chance to grow... to evolve. And, if I did not take advantage of the moment, then shame on me. Each person has come by my way... even for an instant... for meaning to me and to them. A moment to realize old negative karma or a moment to realize good karma I have set in motion. So, regardless of the interactions we had, I express my love to you and I bless you. And, let us not forget those that are no longer with us. Those that have moved away or those that have made transition into a new life. There is One Universal Mind that we all participate within. So, we are all connected. This does not stop when one of us stops living the human experience. Our connection is not as much human as it is spiritual. For a moment I have tears in their memory and what I am not sharing with them on a human level. But then, the smile comes and I still have tears of joy for them having been in my life... my mother, my two fathers, my grandmother, my son, Gene Abraham, Jeannie, Jeannette, Rev. Betty, Rev. Gertrude, Liggett, and oh... so many others that have been part of the development of me. I Bless You All! So in closing... which is really a new beginning... I Bless All of You... with all that you desire in Truth. And, I forgive you as I pray you will forgive me. And, I do it all with My Most Sincere Love as I accept that we all live within Namaste'... the place where YOU and I are ONE! A Joyous Celebration of this Season and LIFE! Divine Love, Thomas
