 "This Thing Called Life"
  

This is the only live television recording of Ernest Holmes ever made.  This program was recorded in 1956.  For years, it remained in storage and was unavailable until a copy was made on 16mm film for limited showings.

The music from the 1956 program has been up-dated; however, the footage of Ernest Holmes remains exactly as it was in the original black-and-white recording.  Because the recording was made using the kinescope process and was not done in a studio, the production values do not meet standards to which we are accustomed today, but the live images of Dr. Holmes teaching his own philosophy are clear and dramatic.  This unique video will be a treasure to all who have studied and benefited from the Science of Mind philosophy.

To see Ernest Holmes in this video and then to read the Science of Mind Textbook or anything else he has written, changes your whole perspective.  After seeing this video, I hear his voice as I read his words.
