THE "YES/NO" TECHNIQUE

2003

I have recently learned a quick way to know the correct answer to anything.  Since then I have scrutinized, played and tested this technique almost constantly.  My findings have been that it is right on.  Those I have shared this with are also finding it to guide them correctly.  It is a way to let Spirit direct your way.  However, I have noticed that if one has a great "emotional commitment" to the question being asked, it will effect the answer and you will not be able to depend on it.

Up-date:  I have found that asking this question can solve the emotional commitment that one may have.  So, if I know that I may have emotional commitment to the answer I just received, I ask it this question next: "If I did not have emotional commitment to the answer, would the answer be the same?"

Stand relaxed with knees slightly bent.  Just settle into your legs without them being locked at the knees.  Let your arms hang loosely by your side.  You do not have to, but I suggest closing your eyes.  Then, ask yourself a yes/no question.  You will either begin to fall forward or backwards.  To me... the forward fall is my "Yes" answer... and backward fall is my "No" answer.  I have met some that forwards is "No" and backwards is "Yes"... so you have to experiment here.  Test yourself in the beginning by asking yourself something that would automatically bring a "Yes" answer... or "No" answer... to establish which is your "Yes" direction... and which is your "No" direction.  "My name is....."

At this point, if you have no movement... I believe this to mean that you have not asked the right question or that it is not time to have that answer.  Still experimenting with this.  Also, remember that this is the answer right now with whatever direction you are headed with your life.  If the question is for a distant moment, it may change by new circumstances.  But then, when we live in the 'now' we do not need to worry about that.

Now, with me... I have found that I sway when asking the question.  But, there is this point where I just seem to just detach and then fall.  As I said, I am still experimenting.

I use this for just about every decision now... or, when I am smart enough to ask.

EnJOY!

Namaste'...
