MEDITATION TECHNIQUES
  

 

Many will say that they have a hard time meditating.  Many say they have not reached the point of meditation that others talk about.  Many say they cannot silent the mind-chatter enough to meditate.  What we share here is an opportunity to try several different techniques for discovering which works best for you.

Meditation is really 'prayer'.  Unfortunately, prayer has been taught in conventional churches as a way to repent or ask for something.  Very seldom does one that pray listen for a response... or to be in communion with Spirit.  And, the whole idea of 'prayer' or 'meditation' is to be in communion with Spirit.

The first Technique we share is 'The Yes/No Technique'.  It is simple and can be used at any moment.  It is the technique we use for having the right answer to anything.  And, we have discovered from being disciplined with it, that our sit down meditations have even grown better and stronger.
