Daily Affirmations
 

During the course of my day, I AM constantly saying affirmative statements for the occasion. Now, these come natural to me so I do not always think about them or remember to share these with others. Recently, I said two of these when a friend and I got in the car to travel to an appointment. The friend accompanying me does the Minute Meditations and other items shared at this site daily. However, I got asked why these were not shared at the site. So here they are.

Greeting Others
 

Through the course of my day, people ask, "How are you?"

Answering with, "Excellent!" Will accomplish two things.

One, it will raise your spirit. Words that start with "exc..." cause an uplift to your body when you say them.   Try it, and feel your body while you do it.

The second thing accomplished will be the reaction of the person you answered. You will either cause them to also be uplifted by your answer; or, they will look at you with wonderment. Either way, you have caused a ripple with your positiveness that affects the whole.
